Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Hotel Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and providing exceptional guest experiences. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within the hospitality industry.

Duties:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments
- Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct night audits to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with revenue management strategies to maximize hotel profitability
- Collaborate with the sales team to attract new guests and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency (preferred)
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of revenue management principles
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest relations
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in hotel management or related roles
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of local regulations pertaining to the hospitality industry
