* Coordinating staff and internal resources
* Managing project progress and adapt work as required
* Ensuring projects meet deadlines
* Designing process maps for communication and implementation
* Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
* Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
* Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects
* Managing large and diverse teams
* Managing new store openings and deployments
* Serving as a liaison to cross-functional teams both at the corp. level & retail level to ensure that organizational goals are met.
* Drafting schedules for implementation of long-range plans and proposals.
* Monitoring project progress, drafting and distributing periodic progress reports for leadership and stakeholders.
* Maintaining compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, policies, and best practices
* Researching licensing requirements, obtaining permits, coordinating contractors for any build outs or renovations of the office and/or property.
* Performing other related duties as assigned
* Bachelors degree in Management, Business, or any related field preferred but not required
* 5 years of management experience in field-based project management for a company with a multi-site presence
* Project management certification (PMP) preferred but not required
* Experience in strategic planning, operations, and change management
* Advanced skills in Excel and experience with CRMs
* You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient.
* The ability and flexibility to travel up to 50%
* You are ambitious, proactive, a self-starter, helpful and resourceful
* Ability to coordinate and facilitate initiatives and with cross-functional teams.
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
* Effective communicator and influencer, both presentation skills and written.
* Experience in process mapping and execution
* Excellent interpersonal skills know how to work well with diverse and dynamic teams across multiple functions, e.g., operations, sales, legal, marketing, technology
* Strong negotiation skills, striking a balance between being flexible and driving for results with aggressive timelines
