Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the location and guide vehicles into the carwash.
• Prep vehicles to produce a perfect vehicle out of the tunnel. “No Bug Left Behind”
• Assists customers with questions pertaining to wash packages, the unlimited program, and using pay stations or self-serve facilities, if applicable.
• Processing monthly unlimited contracts/sales and assist with on site cancellation requests
• Maintain site cleanliness by removing trash, cleaning equipment and vacuum area.
• Attend regular staff meetings.
• Interacting with coworkers and management.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Be courteous by smiling, greeting, and being available to address all customer concerns and handle them in a professional manner that is satisfactory to both the customer and the car wash
• Load cars into the wash area with a focused, pleasant, and competent demeanor.
• Perform visual inspections of the condition of each vehicle prior to sending it into the wash.
• Be proficient with all policies and procedures and be able to perform them on a daily basis as needed.
• Assisting in regular scheduled maintenance on all equipment to ensure it is kept in proper working order.
• Keep the entire property spotlessly clean and ensure everything is kept in the proper place.
• Keep vacuums unclogged, hoses hung properly, and trash cans emptied
• Have a sense of urgency.
• Do the right thing, at the right time, all the time…with fellow teammates, and customers.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and use point of sale software.
• Knowledgeable about company’s products and services, and customer-related policies.
• Motivated in fast paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing and working in outdoor environment.
• May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
