Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees in a retail environment
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance
- Ensure excellent customer service by coaching employees on sales techniques, phone etiquette, and customer interactions
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
Qualifications:
- Multilingual skills are a plus, as it may be necessary to communicate with diverse customers and employees
- Previous experience in supervising or managing a team, preferably in a retail setting
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and retail management practices
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and possess excellent math skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and make sound decisions
