Job Description:
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle client calls and inquiries in Allen, TX. You'll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive outstanding service and support.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
• Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and provide information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
