The Customer Service Representative role within our firm works solely with potential consumers by enlightening them of our client's daily offerings along with new promotional opportunities for the consumer. In this position, you will be will be responsible for building client relations, assessing customers needs, and helping promote our clients brands to their customers. The Customer Service Representative generates, tracks, and manages their and their teams’ sales reports to ensure the firm is meeting the goals set by our existing and new clients. We are a company that consistently offers competitive, professional service delivered through friendly, highly-trained, and motivated employees.
Responsibilities:
Maximize customer satisfaction and customer acquisition through daily interactions with interested consumers, educating them on product offerings and conducting follow-ups to ensure that policies are responsive to consumer needs. Responsible for providing excellent customer service representing our firm and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions with existing and potential customers.*
