Our client is expanding their customer service division and have immediate openings to join their fun, fast-paced & social team.

The ideal applicants will have experience working in a frontline customer service position. The top performers in their team come from a variety of customer service industries including; call centres, catering/hospitality, retail and sales.

Through in-person presentations and engaging conversations, our client helps grab the attention of audiences across Rio Grande Valley, TX, simultaneously increasing brand awareness and market share for their clients.

Customer Service Assistant Role

Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities:

Exceptional Customer Service Delivery:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met, and expectations are exceeded at every interaction. Customer interactions will take place in pre-allocated locations, engaging with customers where they live, work or shop.
  • Strive to create positive and memorable experiences for customers, fostering long-term relationships and loyalty to the brand.

Assistance with Inquiries, Concerns, and Requests:

  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously, demonstrating empathy and understanding in all interactions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing accurate information and solutions to resolve issues effectively.

Effective Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information, understand their needs, and provide relevant and accurate responses.
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and feedback, demonstrating empathy and a willingness to address their needs and concerns.

Upselling Products or Services:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction.
  • Utilize product knowledge and understanding of customer preferences to make appropriate recommendations and suggestions.

Record Keeping and Data Entry:

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the database system.
  • Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is entered promptly and accurately.
