Responsibilities of this role include:

- Orchestrating and executing marketing events to drive sales and brand awareness

- Responding to customer inquiries and feedback during events to ensure a positive brand experience

- Creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement

- Leading and motivating a team of event sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

- Participating in team meetings to brainstorm ideas, share best practices, and strategize for upcoming events

- Developing and delivering training sessions for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success

- Attending client meetings for sales and business development to foster strong relationships and explore growth opportunities

- Traveling to business development events to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners

- Building and maintaining customer relationships for clients by providing personalized service and follow-up communication

- Having excellent knowledge of our brand and product to effectively promote them during events and interactions with customers
