- Enter and update all orders & quotes
- Inside out sales calls
- Calculate pricing for quotes
- Enter opportunities
- Updating Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Sales from all product groups
- Assist Management as needed
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
- Ability to separate themselves in frustrating situations and guide customers to efficient solutions
- Ability to work in a self-directed way
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, HS or equivalent education minimum preferred
- Basic understanding of the construction process (building supplies)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and follow up skills
- Basic math and computer skills and understanding of sales margins
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to continually learn and retain new product information.
- Enjoy a fast-moving environment
