Leap Brands is Hiring a CPM Sales Representative Near Parsippany, NJ

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the office equipment division. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for copiers, printers, mailing devices, scanners, shredders, and related products.
  2. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  5. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities to drive business growth.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and specifications of our office equipment products to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
  7. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
  8. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure a unified approach to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
