Expo Home Improvement is a dynamic company on the cutting edge of home improvement services. We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Inside Sales Team. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our success by connecting with potential customers who are excited about our in-home consultation services and setting them up for an in home consultation.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule complimentary in-home consultations between prospective clients and our Sales Representatives.
  • Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, delivering our message with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Handle inbound calls, providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to contribute to team success.
  • Utilize provided scripts to guide conversations and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Recognize trends in customer calls, sharing insights with the management team for continuous improvement.
  • Explore cross-marketing opportunities to maximize customer engagement.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Essential computer skills are a prerequisite.
  • Flourish in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that thrives on teamwork.
  • Excel at building quick rapport, establishing a connection that resonates with potential customers.
  • Provide top-tier customer service with a persuasive sales approach.

  • Previous call center or customer service experience (1 year preferred).
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.

Position: Inside Sales Appointment Setter
Location: Carrollton, TX
Role: Full-Time, On-Site

Starting pay: $17/hour with bonus incentive eligibility
