Job Overview:
Superior Solutions Staffing Service is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through building and maintaining relationships with clients in the Light Industrial market.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Analyze sales data to provide insights and optimize performance
- Provide technical sales support to customers as needed
- Manage key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the internal team to enhance overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or a related field
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to drive revenue growth
