Expanse FT is a fast growing, multi-million-dollar financial services firm in New Hyde Park (NASSAU COUNTY), on LONG ISLAND is looking for Flexible Hour, Part Time Customer Service Representatives to work in our busy Customer Service Call Center. Various shifts are available!

The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for:
- Assisting our card holders over the telephone with any basic questions or issues regarding their card/account
- Fielding incoming calls from our network of retail locations in 42 states.
Requirements for a successful candidate are:
- Bi Lingual English and Spanish (preferable)
- Call Center or Telephone Customer Service Representative experience preferred, not required
- Upbeat, energetic work ethic
- Well-spoken and empathetic phone manner
- Flexibility in your schedule
- Ability to learn, and work within our multiple computer systems
- Possess a pleasant, problem solving disposition'
