Job Requirements

• Contact service customers to ensure their experience met their expectations
• Communicate any customer concerns to management for proper follow up
• Answer phones to help customers make appointments to service their vehicles
• Check all customers to see qualification for a service loaner and work with advisors on those requests
• Check customers in and out with loaners; utilize tablet to fill out all information needed to process all paperwork
• Monitor texting platform for any survey feedback management should be aware of
• Work closely with service advisors with incoming customer requests and questions
• Assists customers with payment/vehicle pick up
• Manage nightly cash deposits and finalize all credit card transactions for accounting
• Update customer data files to reflect accurate contact points including email and phone
• Must be organized, well spoken, and thorough with all paperwork

Hours Required

• Monday through Friday 2pm - 7pm, Saturdays 7am-3pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
