We are a fast-growing company with the culture of a startup but the resources and experience of an established firm. The Director of People Experience will manage all HR areas and functions for Exact Billing Solutions. This individual will motivate and encourage team members, ensure employee engagement and retention, optimize the workforce, and anticipate future growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Foster a growth-oriented, positive, and encouraging work environment
  • Ensure accountability to organization policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention
  • Develop people initiatives and surveys to support and measure results of people and operational strategies
  • Set performance standards for each position and manage review process
  • Manage onboarding procedures, including new-hire paperwork and orientation
  • Manage the division’s budget
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Support learning and development programs for team-member career planning and company succession planning
  • Promote culture and team-member wellness
Education/Experience and Other Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Able to travel to Colombia (50%)
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Proven work experience as an HR Director or similar role
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems and Human Resources Management Software
  • Thorough knowledge of employment labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Willingness to submit to drug and background screenings

Expertise Needed

  • Ability to work under pressure on a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Ability to provide effective guidance and leadership to diverse groups of individuals and teams
  • Understanding of full employment life cycle
  • Budget management
  • Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a desire to take on an increasing level of responsibility
