Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization.
Duties:
- Implement and administer HR programs and policies
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees
- Maintain HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Support performance management processes
- Oversee workforce management activities
- Handle employee benefits administration
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess some of the following skills:
- Proficiency in UKG HRIS system
- Experience with performance management processes
- Knowledge of training development principles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of contract management
