Evernow is a company focused on helping women live longer, healthier and easier lives. Since 2019, Evernow has been working to leverage the power of telemedicine and advances in science to reach women seeking relief from symptoms of menopause and perimenopause. Evernow doctors work with women to create a truly custom treatment plan to relieve symptoms.

More than 55 million women in the U.S. are experiencing menopause symptoms, yet an astonishing 75% of those who seek care don’t get it. Evernow seeks to change that by building awareness and understanding of menopause symptoms and treatments, and then by providing expert care. Our business is providing women with expert, personalized treatment plans, including programs and medications, based on the latest research, when and where they want it.

This Role

The Content Manager is critical to standing up and developing our content for prospects and for members. We have a rich set of content and programs that are developed specifically for menopausal women and are fundamental and unique to our membership; and we are building more and more. You will be responsible for shepherding and bringing these programs to life on our site, in our member portal and in communications. You will bring informative content to life for women seeking to learn more about menopause and be an integral force in our prospect engagement and conversion plan.

Specifically:

• Write and edit member content including blog posts, landing pages, program content, emails, and social media posts
• Own our virtual events program - from calendar stage to day-of support
• Spearhead our company content calendar, working closely with the product, marketing, clinical, and program teams on developing content strategies that support their efforts
• Manage our publishing platforms for the website and in-app
• Work closely with subject matter experts (i.e. medical providers) as well as internal stakeholders to develop content.
• Own content production cycle from writing, to editing, to publication - applying empathy and deep understanding of women over 40 to make our content distinct 

You

Have experience developing content with community and empathy top of mind, and have a successful track record of delivering copy that resonates strongly with consumers. You’re a skilled writer, editor, and packager — well-versed in the content operation. You’re a strong executor and will dig in and get work done.

• You have 4 years of relevant content experience in editorial and at a consumer tech startup. Expertise in science-backed health and wellness content preferred.
• You are experienced and know how to make platforms like Braze and Webflow perform at the highest levels.
• You have strong writing and editing skills
• Creating content for SEO is exciting and you’ve done it many times.
• You have created web and app content experiences and have the ability to ideate products and improve features, keeping our members’ needs top of mind.
• You have a high comfort level navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.
• You’re willing to dream up and then execute new ways of delivering content to our members.
• You have a passion for transforming women’s health.
