This role will report into our GTM Enablement organization. The Content Strategy role is central to aligning our business goals with the needs of our target audience, enhancing our go-to-market strategy through the management of Highspot, our resource library. This position fosters collaboration across departments like Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure content efforts are cohesive with overall business objectives. Additionally, it involves working with GTM leadership to develop programs addressing sales performance and skill gaps. A key responsibility includes analyzing content metrics to refine our strategies, alongside developing and implementing distribution plans to extend content reach. This role also oversees the creation of engaging, high-quality content in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring it aligns with our brand and meets audience needs.
