This role will report into our GTM Enablement organization. The Content Strategy role is central to aligning our business goals with the needs of our target audience, enhancing our go-to-market strategy through the management of Highspot, our resource library. This position fosters collaboration across departments like Marketing, Sales, and Product to ensure content efforts are cohesive with overall business objectives. Additionally, it involves working with GTM leadership to develop programs addressing sales performance and skill gaps. A key responsibility includes analyzing content metrics to refine our strategies, alongside developing and implementing distribution plans to extend content reach. This role also oversees the creation of engaging, high-quality content in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring it aligns with our brand and meets audience needs. Here’s what you’ll do as part of the team:

Internal Content Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Work closely with the Content and Training Manager, Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to align content initiatives with overall business goals.
• Assist in collaborating with GTM leadership to identify training and resource needs which include developing tailored programs to address skill gaps and improve overall sales performance.

Content Development:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and depth of content.
• Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to publication.
• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging, and tone.

Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be successful:

• You have excellent communication skills to work with sales, marketing, and product teams to gather information and feedback on content needs.
• You have the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content meets the needs of the sales team and aligns with company objectives.
• You are proficient in using content management systems (CMS) such as Highspot, Rise360, Articulate, Sana, etc. to update and manage sales content across various platforms.
• You have the ability to organize and categorize content for easy access by the sales team.
• You have experience working at a startup.
• You have strong writing skills to create compelling sales content, including product descriptions, sales guides, and SOPs.
• You have strong editing and proofreading skills to ensure content accuracy, clarity, and coherence.
