The Program Manager for Trans Services will solely be responsible for the day-to-day management, coordination and overall oversight of the Trans Services department of San Francisco Community Health Center. Trans Services encompasses the following contracts: Trans:Thrive and What’s TEA?! and any additional contracts as needed.
Trans:Thrive offers a community drop-in space for the trans and GNC community that provides groups/workshops, prevention case management, referrals/linkages, HIV testing and community outreach to improve transgender clients' health and wellbeing, reduce risk for HIV and substance use, and provide referrals/linkages to resources.
What’s TEA?! serves trans youth and GNC of color, ages 14- 34. What’s TEA?! serves the San Francisco and Oakland areas.
The Trans Services Program Manager will also be responsible for supervising and supporting case managers and program staff. The Program Manager for Trans Services will report to the Associate Director of Trans Services.
