Lead billing and revenue recognition process design sessions by working closely with processleads, project managers and systems teams.● Perform analysis of existing processes and provide strategic recommendations foroperational improvement and a path to execution.● Support defining detailed implementation plan that includes SIT, UAT and go-live support● Support process leads to define use cases for UAT and training● Participate in system implementation, integration and change management initiatives.● Build strong relationships across Instacart and leverage partnerships to execute projects, getstakeholder buy-in and stay connected to business needs.● Support project management activities such as building project plans, status reporting,raising risks and issues, stakeholder communication, etc.● Establish strong relationships and coordinate with 3rd party vendors, consultants, and otherexternal partners to support key initiatives
