Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person, via phone or email, from intake to vehicle release.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience.
Perform various clerical and administrative duties.
Prepare invoices and collect payment from customers for services provided.
Update insurance companies with progress of claim repairs.
Arrange car rentals for customers through car rental companies.
Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide updates.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to carry out instructions in written, verbal or diagram form and maintain filing system.
Expertise with Microsoft Office products including Excel and Word.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Sales experience is a plus.
