POSITION DESCRIPTION
  • Administers and coordinate the group insurance plans (Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life, AD&D, and Life) and retirement savings plans; prepares new plan announcement materials, plan summaries, and other media communication to employees
  • Conducts annual benefit open enrollment meetings and advise employees on existing benefits; produces and distributes compliance notification to newly enrolled or terminated employees, such as COBRA, Medicare, and HIPAA
  • Assists in the development, implementation, and clarification of ETS-Lindgren's benefit policies and procedures and maintain a serviceable environment that is knowledgeable, open, honest, confidential and fair
  • Responsible for managing, implementing, monitoring, maintaining, and overseeing the HRIS system; creates reports for management, troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies, and corrects technical problems
  • Coordinates approval and transfer of data from HR To payroll for bi-weekly payroll processing
  • Responsible for all ETS-Lindgren wellness initiatives and accountability, including wellness committee; administers and maintains ManageWell portal to ensure accurate tracking of wellness certifications for premium discounts and renewals
  • Tracks all sick time, vacation time, unpaid time off and FMLA, disability, and workers' compensation; audit and reconciles insurance invoices
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and/or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years' of human resources/benefits administration experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • SHRM Certified Professional or Professional Human Resources
