Ethos Cannabis is a multi-state cannabis company with operations in the cultivation, processing and dispensing of cannabis in Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, and Maryland with planned expansion into Ohio and other markets. Jefferson Health is our Academic Clinical Research Center partner for our vertically integrated operations in Pennsylvania.

The Graphic Designer will create relevant, engaging, and industry-leading graphics and designs, both print and digital, to support the Ethos brand. The Graphic Designer supports in-house brands and graphics and serves as the primary point of contact for all internal graphic design requests for digital, website, and in-store. Supports design to ensures consistency in look and feel across the entire Ethos brand.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative assets for campaigns, brands and promotions that strengthening brand awareness drive growth
• Develop artwork for product packaging
• Collaborate with Retail, Brand, Trade and Performance Marketing teams to align on KPI and performance metrics
• Work with Copywriter and Director, Creative Design to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Design assets for social channels, newsletter, website, retail, wholesale, etc. as well as support content develop for social media and email
• Collaborate across all departments to fulfill collateral requests 
• Research trends and manage implementation schedules and content ideation
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule 
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency
• Review & report design concepts to the Director of Creative Design
• Coordinate with printers & vendors as necessary 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, marketing, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design 

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rush, Premiere Pro
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects 
• Excellent eye for detail 
• Familiarity or experience with the cannabis industry a plus 

Requirements: 

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. 
• Knowledge of product innovation and creation process.
• Must pass all required background checks. 
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry. 
• Strong people and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong communication skills, including written, spoken, and presentation, with the ability to deliver a clear, concise message to a diverse audience.
• Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively within a diverse, multicultural, and multigenerational environment
• Periodic travel to various retail and grower/processor sites within your regions of coverage and responsibility.

Compensation:

• This position is classified as Exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay.
