Thus, we are seeking a creative and independent intern to support the production of visual content across all aspects of SportTechie.Job DescriptionYou will be empowered to:Transform written editorial into visually compelling images that entice the reader to engageIllustrate written content with visuals to enhance overall editorial presentationCreate a variety of in-house promotional content that clearly illustrates important SportTechie messages and brandingHelp establish organized design workflows and templates for recurring projectsExercise creativity and explore your own ideasGain experience working with the editorial and sales team at a fast-paced media startupWhat we are looking for:An independent, self-motivated college student or recent graduate with at least two years of graphic design experience, preferably for web; knowledge of social media best practices is a plusA confident designer who can take direction but also thrives in the creative process when taking projects from conceptualization to completionExcel at exhibiting creativity within brand guidelines and exercising sound editorial judgmentStrong experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required; After Effects and Premiere experience is a plusA consistent, reliable, and flexible team player who values attention to detail and is comfortable working with little supervision to meet often fluctuating deadlines under pressureDesire to learn and develop new skills necessary for a career as designer, multimedia content producer, or marketerQualificationsAll Applicants Must:Be able to work remotely with consistent communication with the SportTechie teamPossess a personal Mac or PC capable of running Adobe CCBe able to commit to negotiable weekly hours Additional InformationCompensation:Monthly stipendCourse credit if desiredIf interested in this opportunity, contact us with writing samples and cover letter.
