Description :
This position will support the Johnson City site lobby function primarily.
This includes greeting employees, guests, and visitors.
It also includes assigning temporary badges and assisting with on-site trainees.
This person will be a central point for deliveries and any site emergency protocol.
Open site tickets and work closely with facilities.
Identifies product or part and creates Service Request to dispatch Technical Support.
Uses various tools and systems to support processes.
Works in a team environment with high volume at times.
Preferred -
Customer Service experience is a plus. Must be able to show good listening skills, be empathetic, patient, and have a passion for helping others.
Must have high school diploma.
Willing to work any shift / any day (including weekend if needed).
Ability to work in a team environment, sitting and working at PC on the phone most of the day.
