Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join us in New York City. The Sales Operations Manager at EquiLend will be integral in optimizing sales processes, analyzing critical data, and providing insights to boost sales efficiency.
This role supports the Sales and Marketing teams by managing the essential tools, processes, and technologies that facilitate their operations. Responsibilities encompass a broad range of projects and tasks, including conducting industry research, prospecting, developing client proposals, and analyzing and forecasting sales revenue.

In compliance with New York City's salary disclosure law, the annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. EquiLend considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and business considerations when extending an offer.
