We are seeking a Graduate Full Stack Developer to join us on a one-year graduate program based in our New York Office, starting 8th July 2024.

In this role you will work with a team of 7 on our DataLend product. You will have the opportunity to work across the full stack from Java on the backend to JavaScript on the front-end, learning how to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to implement the product roadmap.

Role Requirements
We are seeking students expecting to graduate in May 2024 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.

• A cumulative GPA of 3.2 at the time of graduation
• Exposure to or experience with one or more development languages (such as Java, Python, JavaScript etc)
• Knowledge of Operating Systems (such as Windows, Solaris, Linux)
• A desire to work across the backend (Java) and front end (JavaScript)
• Have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
• You are specifically targeting a role as a Full Stack Developer.
• You have technical aptitude and are passionate about how technology can have impact in a business
• You are self-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving

In compliance with New York City's Salary Disclosure Law, the annual base salary range for this position is $83,000 ($39.91/hr). Please note, this is a non-exempt role and is overtime eligible. The salary information listed here is a general guideline only.
