The position is a great opportunity to gain experience in the legal field. Prior legal experience is a plus, but not necessary. We will provide training. This position is open because our current legal assistant was accepted as a law student at Lewis and Clark Law.
Legal assistants are an essential piece of Equal Justice Law. They support attorneys, maintain files, and engage with clients daily. Each legal assistant is assigned two or three attorneys, while being available for additional coverage as needed. Clear communication, and effective prioritization are crucial skills to succeed in this position.
For more information about Equal Justice Law, you can visit www.oconnorweber.com.
