We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Technical Support Engineer to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who will be responsible for managing projects from the design phase through to implementation. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and have a strong understanding of project management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to understand technical requirements and project objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement solutions based on specific project needs.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the project lifecycle, ensuring that best practices and industry standards are followed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Conduct system installations, configurations, and upgrades as necessary.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, project progress reports, and other relevant records.
• Train and mentor team members on technical aspects of the projects.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to provide timely updates and gather feedback for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in technical support or project management, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development processes, and network systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex project requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana).

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMware).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
