OPPORTUNITY
The Program Associate provides technical and administrative support to Environmental Incentive's implementation of work for clients and on internal initiatives. This position contributes to high-quality delivery of service to both internal and external clients, meeting facilitation, research and data analysis, and coordination and tracking of progress to support professional program operations and delivery of excellent client service. The Program Associate produces work scoped by one or multiple Team Leads, Directors, and clients using established EI processes. They are attuned to the needs of teams and their clients and collaborate with other Associates to identify process improvements and applications for technical innovations.
The successful candidate will be able to effectively communicate and collaborate withtheir EI colleaguesto ensure high-quality and impactful products and services. Theywill also be able to quickly grasp complex coordination needs and set clear paths for team members. In all areas of work, the Associate represents excellent client service, models EI's culture, and contributes to internal and external learning initiatives to advance .
This position reports to a Team Lead or Project Director.

BASE STATION AND COVID-19 POLICY
This opportunity is a full-time position. The preferred location for this role is in Washington, D.C., however, exceptional remote candidates will be considered. Environmental Incentives is implementing a hybrid work model in which employees will be required to work in the office approximately two days per week.
Proof of full vaccination against Covid-19 or legally authorized exemption is required for all Environmental Incentives employees working in the United States, regardless of office location or remote work. Selected candidates will be required to provide proof of full vaccination before beginning employment with Environmental Incentives. Full vaccination is defined as 2 weeks after the final dose of the requisite vaccination.
