OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a talented and experienced Cost and Pricing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of delivering cost proposals, refining cost proposal templates and guidance, implementing pricing strategies, and supporting financial analyses. The ideal candidate is an exceptional process manager, possesses strong analytical skills and attention to detail, and demonstrates a proven track record of success in cost proposal management for state and federal agencies.

We are seeking an experienced Cost and Pricing Manager with a background in developing cost proposals for US government agencies, particularly USAID. This individual will play a pivotal role in optimizing our cost proposal development process, ensuring alignment with our overall proposal development process. Beyond leading cost proposals, the Cost and Pricing Manager will extend their expertise to support operations, finance, and program management initiatives, providing strategic insight into the impacts of pricing decisions on company operations and financial health. Success in this position hinges on the ability to diligently manage processes, navigate complex financial analyses, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

BASE STATION AND COVID-19 POLICY
The position will be based in Washington, DC. Environmental Incentives implements a hybrid work model in which employees will be required to work in the office approximately two days per week. Excellent remote candidates will be considered, however, a DC-based employee is strongly preferred. Proof of full vaccination against Covid-19 or legally authorized exemption is required for all Environmental Incentives employees working in the United States, regardless of office location or remote work. Selected candidates will be required to provide proof of full vaccination before beginning employment with Environmental Incentives. Full vaccination is defined as 2 weeks after the final dose of the requisite vaccination.
