Envea Global is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Orange, CA

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at CAI Envea Group, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and technical support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering Phones: Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical support needs.
  • Fielding Technical Service Support Calls: Handle technical support calls from clients, assessing their needs, and routing them to in-house experts for immediate assistance when necessary.
  • Quoting Spare Part Requests: Process an average of 65 spare part requests per month by providing accurate quotes to clients and coordinating with the relevant departments for order fulfillment.
  • Handling Service Orders: Process an average of 35 service orders per month, ensuring timely and accurate completion of service requests and coordinating with the service team as needed.
  • Providing Repair Status Updates: Keep clients informed about the status of their repairs by providing regular updates on progress and expected completion times.
  • Acknowledging Daily Shipments: Acknowledge daily shipments to clients, confirming orders and providing tracking information as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  • Managing Info@gasanalyzers.com Requests: Monitor and respond to inquiries received via the Info@gasanalyzers.com email address, providing timely and accurate information to clients.
  • Generating Warranty & Policy Orders: Process warranty and policy orders for clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Generating End of Month Reports: Prepare and generate nine end-of-month reports related to customer service activities, spare parts inventory, sales, and other relevant metrics.
  • Maintaining Spare Parts Lists and Pricing: Update and maintain lists of spare parts inventory, including pricing information, to ensure accurate record-keeping and efficient order processing.
  • Item Maintenance (MASS): Manage item maintenance in the company's database (MASS), including updating pricing, sales notes, and other relevant information.
  • Invoicing and Portal Maintenance Support: Assist with invoicing processes and maintenance of customer portals, providing support as needed to ensure accurate billing and client access to relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to clients.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
