Job Overview: We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. This position is ideal for someone with experience in the food industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries or concerns - Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately - Take customer orders and process them promptly - Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Ensure compliance with food handling and safety regulations - Upsell products and promote special offers to increase sales - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Skills: - Cash register operation skills - Excellent time management abilities - Knowledge of the food industry, including restaurant operations and food preparation - Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating change - Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Sales skills to promote products and upsell to customers If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
