Summary : Seeking an HR Assistant to support the implementation of HR programs, maintain data systems, perform audits, and manage various administrative tasks.
Requirements :
Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
2 years of experience in an HR Department or related office environment
Preferred Skills :
Proficiency in maintaining computer systems, spreadsheets, and charts
Ability to conduct file audits ensuring all employee documentation is up-to-date
Experience with background and reference check processes
Responsibilities :
Implement and communicate HR programs and procedures to employees
Maintain accurate data entry into computer systems and update records as needed
Manage first contact responsibilities for the HR department including walk-ins and phone calls
Coordinate with employees at all levels and external vendors efficiently
Organize meetings including room setup and IT equipment verification
Handle purchasing of office supplies and management of office expense statements
Maintain orderly electronic and hard copy employee files, including medical files
Support HR and training staff with daily activities as required
Generate reports as needed for HR functions
Assist with new hire orientation and exit interview processes
Contribute to organizational training and development initiatives
Pay Details : $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
