- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
- Identify candidates, conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring manger during recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on their recruitment needs and develop strategies; from sourcing and screening to extending offers and pre-employment.
- Strong track record of successfully meeting talent goals for the business.
- Assist in the execution of recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance Ezee Fiber’s brand and attract passive candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation experience.
- Work with Corporate Human Resources to create onboarding plans for newly hired employees, educating them on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resources physical and electronic records, files, and documentation.
- Update and maintain HRIS records, ensuring data accuracy through self-audits and reports.
- Maintains and coordinates various new hire processes including, E-Verify, I-9 compliance, notification to state registry.
- Work with managers and supervisors to handle all employee relations issues and take appropriate action in concert with Corporate Human Resources.
- Address employee complaints in accordance with polices and procedures.
- Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, and employee recognition events.
- Collaborate with Corporate Fun Team to ensure event are organized at facility.
- Assisting in employee programs including HR training and employee engagement events
- Administration of FMLA, worker’s compensation, policy administration, compliance and monitoring.
- The Human Resources Generalist will work in concert with Facility management and Corporate Human Resources to ensure that all employment regulatory requirements are met, and all company policies are adhered to.
- Completes any additional duties as assigned and deemed necessary.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources administration, SHRM/HRCI HR Certification a plus.
- At least 1 year of human resources generalist experience.
- Strong work ethic with a great attitude.
- Must have proficient Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with HRIS, Paycor preferred.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in high growth fiber internet company is a plus.
- Ability to work under high pressure situations and firm deadlines.
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop solid collaborative relationships with all levels of staff.
- A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills.
- Strong ability to influence desired outcomes by relationship building.
- This is a high volume and hands-on administrative position.
- Some weekend, holidays and varied hours may be required.
- Local/national travel may be required
