Overview Tecolote is seeking a mid-level Executive Administrator and Human Resources Administrator to lead a group of 70 employees, and work as part of a larger HR team, to provide day-to-day recruiting, hiring, personnel management and HR management. * Generating and administering job postings
* Serving as a knowledgeable resource for management and staff of all levels regarding relevant HR practices, policies, and procedures
* Assisting with personnel administration, including administering leaves of absence, employee change requests, performance reviews, etc.
* Collecting, parsing, and generating HR/staffing metrics
* Cultivating relationships, establishing trust, and ensuring engagement with workforce * Data analysis to support ongoing initiatives, compliance, and HR planning

Two years' experience credit for a Bachelor's degree or three years credit for a relevant Master's degree. The selected candidate will report directly to the General Manager. Executive Administrator Required Skills/Experience: * DoD related experience a plus.

* Understand JTR travel policy and serve as backup to the Group Travel Administrator * Ability to work well with all levels of staff and management

* U.S. citizenship required. Education High school diploma required.
