EnSafe is searching for an EHS Compliance Manager to support our Texas offices. Relocation assistance is offered for this role.

What We Are Looking For:

There are no typical days at EnSafe, and this role is no exception. As an EHS Compliance Manager, you will take on a leadership role with our employees and our clients in project management, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive project work. in addition to being able to execute and/or oversee a wide range of technical services.

What you will be doing:

The successful candidate should have a proven ability to navigate local, state, and federal regulations combined with the ability to lead labor/material estimates, proposals, and business development. Develop and expand existing market connections/clients. Areas of business include:

• Air Compliance: 
• Modeling including health risk and dispersion calculations.
• Permitting for new and existing facilities
• Calculations of emission/greenhouse gas reductions
• Special studies as necessary for the CEQA/NEPA process or similar.
• Development/implementation of ‘beyond compliance’ programs to reduce air emissions.
• Experience with both mobile and stationary sources is desired.
• General Compliance:
• Hazardous waste requirements
• SPCC requirements
• Stormwater/wastewater permitting.
• Compliance auditing

What you will need:

• BS in Engineering or related Environmental Science. 
• 9 years of relevant Air Compliance and General Compliance experience. 
• Strong consulting and problem-solving skills working in the field with multi-media clients.
• 5 years of managerial experience. 
• Project management experience including development of scopes of work and management of project teams.
• Technical expertise in local, state, and federal regulations. 
• Strong client communication and writing skills.
• Overnight travel is required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
