Key Responsibilities:

Technical Operations supply chain deliveries career opportunities where planning, operations and finance intersect. Working together, our group strives to operate a fully integrated supply chain that is dependable, efficient, and resourceful in support of the Company's aircraft maintenance goals. This analyst position is part of a team that supports WMS system enhancements, continuous improvement of operations and ownership of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Partnering with the business and DT in identifying opportunities and assisting in implementation of WMS enhancements
  • Develop SOPs for the supply chain teams in compliance with all supply chain-related regulations (e.g., corporate, SOX, FAA, GMM)
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement projects within the Supply Chain
  • Audit and ensure compliance with all SOPs to ensure optimal operations and improvements in all areas covered are sustained
  • Build relationships with local leadership to regularly review safety requirements, including equipment, training and OSHA, and ensure compliance
  • Leverage relationships with continuous improvement teams and other stakeholders to develop and deploy in-the-moment corrective action and follow up

The salary for this position is $73,425 to $107,690, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education and skills. This range is based on a full-time schedule.
Qualifications
What's needed to succeed:

BS/BA degree in business management, supply chain, continuous improvement or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience with process and system mapping and analysis
  • Experience with training course development and delivery and continuous improvement
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to partner effectively across various disciplines
  • Strong technical communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio proficient
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time
What will help you propel from the pack:

  • Dangerous Goods Experience
  • 49CFR
  • Experience working within SDLC/PMLC and track record of delivery
  • Project management certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
  • Safety OSHA 15 - 30 hour
  • Computer Based Training Development Skills (i.e. Articulate)
  • Principles of supply chain, auditing, continuous improvement
  • Microsoft SharePoint proficient
Successful candidate must live in one of our Maintenance Hub locations; ie IAH, DEN, ORD, EWR, SFO, LAX, or MCO.
