Everest Waterproofing and Restoration, Inc. is looking for a Construction Administrative Manager. The Project Administrator will enter and maintain company projects using Procore, our construction management software platform. The position also includes billing, collections, phone help, and client communication from pre-job to completion.

Project Administration responsibilities:

• Obtain and maintain project and client insurance certificates.
• Enter Projects into Procore, then maintain all aspects of project changes, billings, and conditional and unconditional releases through project final billing and closeout.
• Understand the prime contract and any specific terms and conditions.
• Keep all project files accurate, and up to date.
• Create and maintain subcontractor agreements, SOVs, billings, and releases.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Construction experience is important.
• Accounting/Finance experience is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in various typical industry-standard systems required.
• Excellent reading, writing, and personal communication skills are needed.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, the position requires multitasking with attention to detail.
• This position needs a driven individual with honesty and integrity, who is a self-starter, assertive, great at seeking out resources, and who can effectively prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced office environment with high expectations for accuracy.
• Full-time in-office position. Monday through Friday. 8 AM - 4:30 PM
