Emerald Housing Management is an affordable housing management company that is growing in the Knoxville area. We are seeking a full time LIHTC assistant property manager to manage our LIHTC properties in the Knoxville area.
Responsibilities include the following:
Leasing & Market Vacant Units
Collecting Rent
Maintaining Compliance of Affordable Housing Regulations
Preparing & Processing Rental Applications
Overseeing On-Site Maintenance or Other Personnel
The Assistant Property Manager must have experience in affordable housing property management along with computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and property management software skills. Benefits include PTO, health/dental/life insurance, and a retirement plan. Pay is based on experience level.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
