Essential Functions

- Printing and checking in RFQ packages
- Reviewing various scopes of work
- Working to complete material takeoffs
- Gathering information needed for work being sub-contracted. Sending out, receiving, and comparing sub-contractor quotes
- Material pricing - sending materials out to vendors, receiving material prices, and comparing to determine most competitive pricing to use in the estimate.
- Participating in bid reviews
- Putting together proposal letters and deliverables
- Organizing bid folder after proposal has been sent to customer
- And other assigned duties
