Overview:
We are seeking a kind and professional Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, bringing your authentic self to help make someone's day better. If you have happy energy, an ability to see in others an opportunity to be of service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional service
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services
- Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
