Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and guest relations.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist in seating guests according to seating chart and server rotation
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials, promotions, and menu items
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Manage waitlist during peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
- Familiarity with TOAST POS system is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
