Responsibilities Include:

• Welcoming and checking in customers
• Providing information and assistance to guests
• Selling gift certificates and merchandise
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the facility
• Resetting rooms after gameplay and minor prop repairs
• Monitoring and guiding guests through their experience
• Handling bookings and customer inquiries via phone and email

What We're Looking For:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Retail, sales, or hospitality experience preferred
• Outgoing personality with the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to follow procedures and learn new software quickly
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and using handheld tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation

Shift Availability:

• Approximately 20-31 hours per week
• Must be available Saturdays (our busiest day) and able to fill in on other days

We staff the following hours:

• Thursday: 11:45am – 9:30pm (busier after 3pm)
• Friday: 11:45am – 9:30pm (busier after 3pm)
• *Saturday: 10:30am – 9:30pm (busiest day)
• Sunday: 10:30am - 7:30pm

IMPORTANT: we are closed to the public Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays and are not offering any hours on those days!

Essential Job Duties:

• Opening and closing zones
• Room maintenance and communication of repairs
• Daily operations management
• Group management and customer service
• Merchandise sales and inventory management

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
