Responsibilities and Duties:

· Self-source, build and maintain a network of leads through calls, knocking on doors and following up on referrals/leads.

· Provide excellent communication to the customers and potential customers to ensure they understand the products, process and services needed.

· The ability to demonstrate knowledge of the work needed to be completed on the home

· Be comfortable with getting up on a roof and walking around to assess damage

· Working knowledge of navigating a CRM system (preferably Hubspot)

· Weekly meeting and touch points with Sales Team Lead and or Sales Manager

· Ability to build strong trustworthy relationships with clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• 60-70% Travel- Will be traveling to other states as needs arise (MN, CO, KY, IL, MI)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field is preferred
• Must be comfortable knocking on doors if needed
• Experience in insurance restoration construction (preferred)
• Previous experience using CRMs
• 2 years' experience in cold calling sales with strong track record of success is strongly preferred
• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
