Administrative Assistant Details :

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)
• 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm.
• Working in a fast paced environment.
• Works under the direction of the Office Manager.
• Supports the plant by performing a full range of business and administrative functions and activities requiring an advanced level of accountability, initiative, problem solving and interpersonal skills.

Administrative Assistant Qualifications :

• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Processing vendor invoices.
• Helps onboarding processes.
• Answer payroll questions from employees.
• Complete spreadsheets in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to present data.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
