Job Summary:
We are seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting our products and services. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about our products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner
- Upsell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Enter customer information accurately into the database
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outbound calling or customer service is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism
