Pay Scale: $18.00/hr - $24.00/hr depending on experience

Primary Job Function: This position is responsible for answering all incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our clients. The candidate we are looking for must be an excellent communicator, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and "smile through the phone".

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years of answering incoming calls required within a service-related industry is a huge plus!
• Impeccable customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay calm within a fast-paced environment
• Energetic personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Intermediate to Advanced MS Word, Excel, and Outlook skill set
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

Desired Qualifications:

• Service Titan experience or the ability to learn the software
