Job Summary | Elmhurst University's Human Resource Assistant supports employees and job applicants via phone, email, and in-person with a variety of HR service-related questions. This individual facilitates a variety of employment related procedures, including position advertising, onboarding, and record management. Providing administrative support for the University's human resources function is a primary responsibility of this position, including file maintenance, data entry, and document auditing. This individual serves as a first point of contact for those who request information and assistance from Human Resources. |

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements | Employee is typically subject to indoor work, though some outdoor work may be required.
