Administrative Assistant-Warehouse

Hours/Pay Rate: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

JOB SUMMARY

• Will work closely with all of the Warehouse Personnel
• Answer incoming phone calls.
• Resolve store transfers and customer order discrepancies.
• Perform inventory checks.
• Be flexible to learn multiple warehouse administrative positions.
• Willing to work in various areas as needed and/or other tasks as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of Administrative experience, preferably in a Warehouse environment or similar environment.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Good multi-tasking skills and organizational skills.
• ·Must be able to pay attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent attendance and dependability.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone.
• Ability to bend, climb, push, and pull, including the ability to maneuver at heights and in tight or small places.
• Ability to routinely lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 50 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 70 lbs.
• Be able to withstand extreme temperatures in a typical warehouse environment depending on the season.
